The Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System is seeking feedback from individuals living with dementia and their carers to help inform their work on the Dementia Pathway.
If you have experience with Dementia Pathway care and support, you are welcome to join us for an online focus group discussion on 28th August from 10:30 to 12:30.
