Repeat Prescriptions

You can order you medication by:-
1) Placing a tick next to the item you require on your repeat slip and putting it into our prescription box in reception.
2) By filling in a form found on reception and putting it into our prescription box
3)You can take your slip to the pharmacy of your choice.

If you have internet access at home you may wish to register for online access, where by you can order your medication, book appointments, check your summary care record……. just call into the surgery with a photo ID we will then give you a letter which gives you instructions on how to register online. Children under 16 can be added onto a parents login should you wish to do so.
